The Miralago cuisine is based on the care taken to use only genuine local produce. Everything is lovingly handmade, the pasta, pastries, bread, ravioli, treated cold cuts, the meat, cheeses, preserves, mustard, various styles of tagliatelle, venison stuffed with porcini mushrooms and polenta (a delicious cornmeal dish) are only some of the flavoursome dishes served at Miralago.

Carmen runs the kitchen with a passion for the history of Trentino cuisine.
